At INHERIT BY NATURE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of personal care products, we maintain the following return policy.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product received is damaged.

• The product received is defective.

• The wrong product was delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order Number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the package

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Change of mind purchases

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
